Exploring the story based on ‘Kirigami’ composed by the four creators, Harmonize Exhibition 3 is a collaboration between the team Harmonize (Morizumi Kitada, Tomomi Kakudo, Asami Horie) and a kirigami artist Kanako Yaguchi.
‘Watashi’ is a reserved girl who makes her own little world with kirigami. Her three-dimensional blank paper world connects delusion and reality, creating fantasy imaginations spread by colour and light. The delicateness of kirigami and the gentle mind transitions are narrated through the series of work.
